Day 1: Marrakech – Ait Ben Haddou – Draâ Valley – Zagora
your desert adventure start at 8 AM, departing from Marrakech towards Zagora. As we journey through the Tizi-N-Tichka pass,
which stands at 2260 meters above sea level, you’ll be treated to stunning views of the High Atlas Mountains and traditional Berber villages.
Our first stop is the UNESCO World Heritage site, the Kasbah Ait Ben Haddou. After exploring this historical marvel, we continue towards Zagora, passing through the Anti Atlas mountains
and the charming Berber town of Agdz. We’ll traverse the lush Draâ Valley, renowned for its extensive palm groves—the last green oasis before the desert.
Arriving in Zagora, you’ll have the chance to ride a camel and witness the breathtaking sunset over the dunes.
The day concludes with a traditional dinner and an overnight stay in an authentic Berber tent, providing a true taste of desert life.
Day 2: Zagora – Draâ Valley – Ouarzazate – Marrakech
Rise early to catch the magical desert sunrise, a moment you’ll cherish forever. After a hearty breakfast, we’ll return to Zagora by camel to resume our journey. We’ll once again pass through the picturesque Draâ Valley and the town of Agdz en route to Ouarzazate.
In Ouarzazate, we’ll explore the impressive Kasbah Taourirt, a symbol of the region’s rich history. Following a leisurely lunch in Ouarzazate or at another scenic spot along our route, we make our way back to Marrakech, with opportunities to stop and enjoy the landscapes.
