I was born into a nomadic family in the mountains, just 57 kilometers from the golden dunes of Merzouga. Life was simple but full of stories, traditions, and the kind of freedom only the desert can give. When I was 12, I moved closer to the Sahara and started working in tourism — not knowing back then that I was taking the first steps toward my dream.
Over the years, I’ve had the chance to guide travelers from all over the world. And while many loved their trip, I noticed something missing. People were seeing Morocco, but not truly experiencing it. They were missing the heart — the real culture, the warm hospitality, the hidden gems.
That’s why I started Authentic Travel Experience — to give visitors more than just a tour. I wanted to share my Morocco — the one I know, love, and grew up in. With over 15 years in this world, my goal is simple: to help you discover the true spirit of Morocco, just like a local friend would.
